The President shall:
(A) Conduct the affairs of the Birdsboro Coaches-Parents Association and execute the policies established by the Board of Directors.
(B) Present an agenda at each BCPA meeting and then conduct the business of the meeting.
(C) Communicate to the Board of Directors such matters as deemed appropriate, and make suggestions to promote the welfare of the program.
(D) Be responsible for the conduct of the entire program and adhere to the policies, principles, regulations of the Birdsboro Coaches-Parents Association.
(E) Investigate complaints, irregularities, and conditions detrimental to the baseball program and report on these issues to the Board of Directors as these circumstances dictate.
(F) Oversee and coordinate all of the activities and projects of the BCPA.

The Vice President shall:
(A) In the absence of the President, perform all of the duties of the
President. When such action takes place, the Vice President acting as
President shall have all the powers and responsibilities of that office.
(B) Assist the President in any activity or project that the President deems
appropriate.
(C) Monitor the meetings held by the leagues our teams participate in.
(D) Prepares report for each regular BCPA meeting.

The Secretary shall:
(A) Be responsible for the recording of the activities at every meeting and maintain the appropriate files necessary for the operation of the program.
(B) Notify all directors and members of any regular BCPA meeting or a special meeting. The members of the Board of Directors will be notified concerning all "special closed meetings". The general membership will not be notified concerning "special closed meetings" called by the board members.
(C) Compose and mail correspondence necessary for the operation of the
BCPA.
(B) Prepare a report on the previous meeting's minutes and submit that report at each regular BCPA meeting.

The Treasurer shall:
(A) Perform the specific duties which are customarily incident to the
office of Treasurer.
(B) Receive and deposit all moneys collected for the BCPA.
(C) Pay all the bills of the BCPA.
(D) Record all of the financial activities of the BCPA.
(E) Prepare an annual budget for the operation of the entire program.
(F) Prepare a financial report for each regular BCPA meeting.

The Legion Business Manager shall:
(A) Schedule all of the games and umpires for the entire baseball season.
(B) Attend, or arrange for someone else to be in attendance at, all of the league meetings.
(C) Assist in the registration of all players and maintain the necessary records required by the leagues our teams participate in.
(D) Prepare and submit all the necessary forms for all of the players.
(E) Prepare a report for each regular BCPA meeting.

The Director of Facilities shall:
(A) Schedule the maintenance of fields and facilities.
(B) Schedule the preparation of the field for all games.
(C) Coordinate the activities of work parties and special projects.
(D) Insure that the equipment is repaired and maintained.
(E) Prepare a report for each regular BCPA meeting.

The Director of Fund Raising shall:
(A) Coordinate and administer all fund raising activities.
(B) Schedule people to work in the refreshment stand for all games.
(C) Monitor and supply the contents of the refreshment stand.
(D) Forward all money collected to the Treasurer.
(E) Prepare a report on fund raising activities for each regular meeting.

The Director of Uniforms and Equipment shall:
(A) Monitor the condition of all uniforms and team equipment during the season and at the conclusion of the season.
(B) At the beginning of the season distribute and at the end of the season collect all uniforms and team equipment.
(C) Submit requests to improve or replace uniforms and team equipment along with price bids or estimates to the Board of Directors.
(D) Insure that the "usual" team requirements (hats, balls, belts, etc.) are ordered and purchased in time for the season.
(E) Submit all bills and receipts to the Treasurer in a timely manner.
(F) Prepare a report for regular BCPA meetings.

The Director of Tournaments shall:
(A) Assist the Business Manager in the scheduling of teams and umpires for all tournaments that our program hosts.
(B) Reserve rooms and ensure that all arrangements are made for any trips that teams make to participate in tournaments.
(C) Order and receive all trophies, plaques, or T-shirts, that might be required for tournaments that our program hosts.
(D) Coordinate with the appropriate directors to ensure that field crews and refreshment stand workers are scheduled for all tournament games.
(E) Provide the media and local college coaches when appropriate with information to publicize the tournaments our program hosts.
(F) Submit all bills, receipts, and money collected along with a brief financial statement to the Treasurer.
(G) Prepare a report for regular BCPA meetings when appropriate.

The Head Coaches shall:
(A) Uphold and convey the "objective" of the BCPA.
(B) Teach the game of baseball to the best of their ability.
(C) Appoint a qualified business manager when appropriate.
(D) Appoint qualified assistant coaches when appropriate.
(E) Be responsible for the overall success of the team.
(F) Discipline players when necessary according to team and league rules.
